Raising a baby is tough even for royals, which is why Meghan Markle has her mom Doria Ragland by her side to help to ease the transition into motherhood. Sleepless nights, hormones going haywire, and trying to figure out if your baby is doing too much/not enough crying, playing, eating, sleeping, tummy time and more means that new moms need help. All the help. And a coffee. And a nap. And a round of applause. Thankfully, Meghan is getting support from her mom Doria.

A source close to the royal couple told US Weekly that “Doria has been a big help with the baby and the life adjustment.” The LA-based yoga instructor reportedly made the move to the UK during Meghan’s pregnancy so that she could be on hand to help with her grandchild. Harry and Meghan’s $3 million renovations to their Frogmore Cottage home reportedly included an area for Meghan’s mom Doria, with the couple opting to skip the nanny and go with Grandma as their main source of child care.

Thankfully, it’s not just Meghan and Doria getting up for middle of the night diaper changes. Or in this case, nappies. Prince Harry has been a hands-on dad, with the source telling US Weekly that Harry “has been amazing and is a real hands-on coparent,” adding that Harry’s adoration of Meghan and her new role as a mom is sincere. “None of it is an act.”

The source adds that Meghan and Harry are happy that they’ve made Frogmore Cottage their family home, with Markle especially taking to her new life in the UK. Markle “really likes living in Windsor,” says the source, adding that the Frogmore location makes it “much less complicated to have friends visit, and feels less claustrophobic than Kensington Palace.”

Meghan and Harry welcomed baby Archie on May 6 and since then the couple have made a handful of public appearances. Harry has resumed his royal duties, including acting as the President of The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust and Commonwealth Youth Ambassador, but Meghan has spent most of her time at home with Archie. While the couple did take care of some official business, including announcing their foundation Sussex Royal The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (maybe the new parents should get some sleep before choosing a name?), Markle has mostly been spotted partaking in casual outings. The new mom attended a handful of Wimbledon matches, where she got some flack for her no-pictures policy and took Archie to a polo match to watch his dad Prince Harry play alongside his brother Prince William.

Harry and Meghan also enjoyed a night out at the London premiere of The Lion King, which included a face to face with Beyoncé and Jay Z. New moms are pretty tired but hanging out with Beyoncé is worth getting out of milk-stained sweatpants for a few hours.
