It was just a few weeks ago that Frogmore House was open to the public for tours. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s abode, Frogmore Cottage, sits on the same estate so naturally people took pictures, and some were even brave enough to try and peek into the windows. But turns out, the world is going to get an up-close-and-personal view soon enough.

Meghan is set to open the doors of their adorable Windsor home to the public. Sort of. Frogmore Cottage will be featured in British Vogue alongside an essay penned by Meghan herself. “Meghan is going to write a piece on causes such as female empowerment and women’s education,” a source told The Sun, adding that British Vogue editor Edward Enninful has been “courting” Meghan for a while and managed to scoop “massively miffed” Anna Wintour. But this won’t be the first time Meghan will be featured in British Vogue; she made this year’s Vogue 25 list, the magazine’s look at the most influential women in the U.K., for the second year in a row.

Meg is in good company. The Duchess of Sussex will follow in the footsteps of her sister-in-law, Duchess Kate, who graced the cover of British Vogue in 2016, as a way of promoting the National Portrait Gallery, of which she is patron. And magazine features aren’t new to the former actress, of course. Markle’s last cover was in 2017 for Vanity Fair, though by then, everyone knew about her and Harry, and she spoke about how her life changed once their relationship became public. “It has its challenges, and it comes in waves – some days it can feel more challenging than others,” she told VF at the time. “And right out of the gate it was surprising the way things changed. But I still have this support system all around me, and, of course, my boyfriend’s support.” And as far as their whirlwind romance, she was pretty straightforward about it: “I think it’s really simple. We’re two people who are really happy and in love.”

Now, if you were hoping to see the family of three, sadly, that’s not happening. The Sun reports that Harry and Baby Archie will not be taking part in the project, nor be featured in any of the photos. It should also be pointed out that Meghan does not want to be featured on the September 2019 cover but rather keep the focus on the issues she’s passionate about and fighting for the most.

“This is nothing to do with Archie, or family, or home life,” the insider added. “It’s purely on women’s empowerment.”
