As far as the upcoming royal wedding goes, we feel pretty much in the loop. We know that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting married on May 19, we know the schedule of the day’s events, and we know the couple are expanding their guest list in a very special way by inviting more than 2,500 people to the grounds of Windsor Castle to help celebrate the big day. Do all royals release this much information, or are Harry and Meghan just extra generous? Whatever the case, we’re down with it ALL.

And the latest? Markle was officially baptized into the Church of England in a secret ceremony this week, according to the Daily Mail. As previously reported, this wasn’t something Meghan was required to do as she prepares to wed Harry but rather, it was a sign of respect to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, who is head of the Church.

The intimate service, which was held at St. James’s Palace in London, reportedly lasted 45 minutes and was attended by Harry, of course, as well and Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. It was conducted by Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury, who will also officiate as the couple make their vows.

Markle was also confirmed immediately after the baptism, meaning she is now able to join her Harry at Holy Communion.

But don’t think for a second that having a wedding to plan means the couple are showing any signs of slowing down. Harry and Meghan travelled to Birmingham to meet with locals, learn more about projects in the area that support young people, and to celebrate International Women’s Day at an event that aims to inspire the next generation of women to pursue STEM careers.

It was just last week that Markle said “there’s no better time” to shine a light on women’s issues. Look at her, backing up her words with actions. Can we get an amen?
