It’s been eight months since Meghan Markle officially became British royalty and now she’s got the workload to prove it. Her first solo patronages were unveiled today and they couldn’t be more her. It’s obvious Meghan had a say in what she hopes to spotlight, and the work she wants to do, as the focus is on her love of the arts, the belief that everyone should be afforded an education, the well-being of animals and empowering women. They’re four of her biggest passions, so her first official assignments are pretty damn perfect.

The National Theatre and the ACU were passed down to Meghan from The Queen, proving once again that Her Majesty knows not only what’s best for those involved but how effective Meghan will be for them.

Meghan isn’t taking her new responsibilities lightly. She knows how much hard work is, and will be, involved and the time and energy she needs to put in, so much so that she got cracking on one right away. That’s right, the announcement of her four patronages was made Thursday morning and a few hours later, she made her first official visit to SmartWorks. Pfft. Like we expected any less.

And, naturally, Meghan wasn’t all talk. She also did her part to help style one woman for her new job. Aside from all her other talents, we also know Meghan is as stylish as it gets, so who better to get fashion advice from?

Patsy’s a lucky, lucky lady.

There’s no stopping Meghan; she’s a force to be reckoned with. Next week, she will visit with Mayhew, and if we thought it was awesome seeing Megs interact with all these wonderful women, we can’t wait to see her with all kinds of animals.

Bravo
