Michael Jackson’s passing shook the globe, leaving behind a string of hits and a compound he built and called “Neverland Ranch.” But now, since changing owners, the property was renamed “Sycamore Valley Ranch,” and now it’s on the market for $100 million.
The property itself is approximately 2,700 acres and has about 22 structures on it. That’s right, it’s huge. It also has two lakes, a swimming pool (when a lake isn’t enough!) with a cabana, a grill zone, a basketball court and a tennis court. Not looking for an outdoor escape? Well, take a seat in the ranch’s 50-person movie theatre with a private balcony, or take to the stage that includes trap doors, should you feel inspired to host a magic show on-site!
Getting to see the property won’t be easy, though. The realtors stress that there will be an “extensive prequalification” before anyone can set foot on the land. So, why not do the next best thing? Take a peek inside! And check your change jars to see if you have $100 million in loonies.
