When you think of first ladies, you think of, well, inspirational fashion and diplomacy.

Like Jackie Kennedy (“Jackie O”) or even Kate Middleton, first ladies have a way of becoming international style icons. But it seems, at least for Michelle Obama, she’s inspired by…television.

At the State of the Union address, she stood by her man (President of the United States, Barack Obama) wearing a Michael Kors origami tweed collar jacket and matching skirt, the same outfit worn by Julianna Margulies on season five, episode ten of The Good Wife. And the pop culture inspiration didn’t end there, as FLOTUS also sported a side part and a wavy, windswept bang. Gosh, even the pink-hued lipstick and strong brow are the same! Is Michelle trying to tell us she’s a good wife?
