When people decide it’s finally time to buy a house, it’s important that the potential house is able to provide comfort. Which is why a property listing listing in London, England caught us all off guard.
The first few pictures of the house look completely normal. There’s a nice front yard, a picture of a chic bedroom and a hallway (which is a touch cluttered, but pretty ordinary), and then BAM! You’ll come face to face with a picture of a crimson red, serial killer inspired room. Where’s the comfort in that?
Hey! Anyone wanna buy a 6 bed house in Leytonstone for £1.2m? Looks nice, needs a bit of TLC and WOAH WHAT iS THAT?? pic.twitter.com/b6kFkbuIJm

While we’re usually not ones to judge, the weapons on the walls, the pictures of guns, skulls and the life-size replicas of Freddy Krueger, Mike Myers and Chucky really freaked us out. Seriously, what the heck is this?
We’re not sure whether the terrifying room increases or decreases the property’s price, but the house is listed for £1.2 million (around $2 million CAD), which is still a hefty amount. So you’d better be thrilled to own a serial killer-themed room if you’re going to buy the place.
And to some people, it really doesn’t look all that bad:

Still, we can only hope that serial killer-inspired decor never becomes a trend.
