If you’ve got kids that are picky eaters, you might find some source of encouragement or inspiration from Laleh Mohmedi, an Australian mother with a passion for healthy eating. Mohmedi’s Instagram account is filled with detailed pop culture figures that are completely edible, featuring everyone from Shrek to Michael Jackson.

And the best part of her art is that everything is made of healthy food. Whether she uses a variety of ordinary vegetables for a pop of colour, or rice, beans and potatoes, every meal she makes is magical. So magical that she’s gotten the attention of food celebs like Jamie Oliver in the past.

Mohmedi has even turned making these edible creations into a full time job, working with other brands to promote healthy eating. So she really knows her stuff when it comes to getting kids to eat healthily.

“I did this purely to inspire other mothers, I know there are a lot of fussy eaters out there–and I did it just for a bit of fun too! I didn’t expect it to turn into any of this,” said Mohmedi.

And yet, her art continues to explode around the web, and if anything, has only grown in popularity. Take a look at some of her lunches below:

I promised Jacob that I would take him to #Disneyland for his birthday this year- currently tossing up between Florida and Tokyo- Have any of our Instagram/Facebook friends been to any of the resorts? Would love to hear your reccommendations so we can make our final decision ! 🙂 In the meantime here is GENIE from ALADDIN ready to go to Disneyland! Blue rice (dyed with purple cabbage) stuffed with lamb shanks and vegetables . . . . . . . #disney #disneylandresort #aladdin #genie #goofy #disneyanimation #disneylandresort #foodart #Funfood #foodartist #organic #grassfed #purplecabbage #shank #cheese #carrots #blackbeans #buzzfeed #art #edibleart #toddler #holiday #eattherainbow #healthyeating #robinwilliams

Who knew a smoothie bowl could look so darn cute?

Her son, Jacob, contributes to her creations quite a bit too.

“He cuts up vegetables and we talk about the ingredients that we use and I find that he’s more receptive to eating them because he knows what’s in it,” said Mohmedi.

Honestly, who wouldn’t get excited over a mashed potato-based Charlie Brown, with black bean pasta shoelaces. Yeah, our lunches are completely lame compared to this.

She even made Uncle Sam out of food!

Now she’s just showing off. But she’s so good at it, that she can and she should.

Be back in a bit, we’re taking five to go cry over our sad, boring lunches.
