Since the weather outside can be frightful, there’s now a number you can call that’s just delightful.

U.S.-based Dial-a-Carol is now accepting song-requests from anywhere in the world. And all you have to is dial in, ask and listen. Staffed entirely by volunteers and running round the clock, the service is a true reflection of what the Christmas spirit is really supposed to be about. And yes, it is completely free – minus any long-distance charges you may incur.

Final Dial-a-Carol call of 2015. Carol of Bells.

Posted by Dial a Carol on Thursday, December 17, 2015

Housed within Illinois University, Dial-a-Carol has been offered for about 55 years. As a result, its reach has extended around the globe and has even inspired some copycats (folks in Newfoundland have set up a similar service).

So what are you waiting for? Give them a call and get into the festive spirit! You can reach them at (217) 332-1882.
