Donald Trump may have a pretty negative view when it comes to accepting refugees, but it looks like he might set off an immigration crisis of his own.

DJ Rob Calabrese, who works at 101.9 The Giant in Sydney, N.S., has launched a new website urging Americans to move to Cape Breton if the Republican candidate manages to win the election.

“Hi Americans! Donald Trump may become the President of your country! If that happens, and you decide to get the hell out of there, might I suggest moving to Cape Breton Island!” it says at the top of the page.

The site then lists off some of the many reasons why living in Canada is better than the U.S., like the fact that “women can get abortions, Muslim people can roam freely, and the only ‘walls’ are holding up the roofs of our extremely affordable houses.”

It also boasts many of the awesome activities Cape Breton is home to, like the Celtic Colours International Festival, Lumière or the breathtaking Cabot Trail. But even though the site includes a link to Destination Cape Breton, there is no official relationship between the two. Calabrese told the Huffington Post that the website was just a side-project he did for fun, in anticipation of a Trump-triggered “mass American exodus”.

“This is not a joke! See for yourself, you belong here with us on Cape Breton Island, where health care is free, you know your neighbours and they look out for you, and nobody has a hand gun!”

He certainly has us sold, eh Trump?
