Cheetos is bringing a pop-up restaurant to NYC that features a menu based entirely off of — you guessed it — Cheetos.

If you’ve travelled to the US in recent years, you’ve likely noticed Cheetos massive presence. (It’s less of a thing in Canada, but still, the brand has reach.) They basically have an entire aisle in the grocery store for their range of products from the classic cheddar Cheetos to the Crunchy Flamin’ Hot Limón Cheese Cheetos to the Cheetos Puffed Corn Simply White Cheddar Flavored Snacks.

But the culinary world wanted more, and Cheetos kept finding their way onto menus, both at home and at restaurants around the world. For instance:

After hearing the cries from their hungry customers, Cheetos will now be launching the first-ever Cheetos dining experience at the Spotted Cheetah on West Broadway in NYC, which will serve Cheetos-based goodness from August 15 to 17. With celebrity chef Anne Burrell running the restaurant, it’s sure to be a hit.

One important thing to remember: it’s by reservation only, so be sure to book a spot ASAP.

The menu includes four entrée options, including the Spotted Cheetah’s Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Limón chicken tacos, apps like Cheetos grilled cheese and tomato soup and Cheetos-crusted fried pickles, and sweet options like the Cheetos-crusted cheesecake as well as Cheetos apple crepes. If a last-minute NYC trip isn’t in the cards, at least you can take some inspiration to make your own dinner dangerously cheesy.
