Can you even begin to imagine how many trips you could go on if you didn’t have to pay the hotel, motel or even Airbnb fee? Lucky you–an app that lets you do just that is slowly gaining popularity in Canada.

NightSwapping is a travel app that’s designed to let you earn free nights in other people’s houses after hosting them in your own house. All you do is enter your home address, and start choosing where you’d like to visit and who you’d like to visit…. for free. Talk about getting a great deal on a vacation.

It’s also worth noting that the app looks a lot like Tinder, which means it’s pretty easy to use (not to mention addicting). You swipe left or right for places and hosts you like or dislike, and when you’re matched with people who also like your property, you can arrange a time to host them or to be hosted.

If you’re a little uncomfortable with hosting completely random strangers, and honestly, a lot of us would be, you can rent out a place even if you don’t for $13 to $89 dollars a night (plus, NightSwapping automatically insures your property for damage when you host a guest).

You have the option of renting a single room or an entire house through the app, which really does seem too good to be true. Well pinch yourself, because this is the real deal so take out put away that wallet and start swiping.

They're clapping for the app
