How many times have you gone to McDonald’s and overheard a bizarre order while you’re in line? Maybe you’ve heard of the (filthily-named) McGangbang or the Land, Sea and Air Burger, both “custom” orders invented by loyal McD’s customers.

If not, you’ll be pleased to know the McGangbang is a McChicken inside a McDouble, and a Land, Sea and Air Burger is an unholy combination of a Bic Mac, a Filet-o-Fish and a McChicken. Is your mouth watering yet?

Both of these creations — and many, many more — are available, and it turns out they’ve always been available at the Golden Arches. In a recent Reddit AMA with a UK-based McDonald’s manager, it was revealed that customers can indeed order “secret” menu items, though the items aren’t exactly “secret.”

The Loop reached out to McDonald’s Canada, and Michelle Yao, Communications Manager of Ontario Region McDonald’s, confirmed that there is no “secret menu” per se, “but we know our customers are really creative and they tell us all the time that they enjoy customizing our menu.”

So what does that mean for you, loyal McFan? ENDLESS OPTIONS. Just ask for whatever your heart desires when you’re placing your order: extra ingredients, things stuffed in other things, or multiple combos stacked. The only limit is the boundary of your imagination. Oh, and cost, since most of the special orders involve tweaking the meal. Just clarify when you order what the price difference will be.

Here’s a selection of already-thought-of delectables you can potentially order on your next journey to McDonald’s.
