It’s safe to say working as a pizza delivery person is no easy job.

The hours can be long and inconvenient, the clientele demanding and the positions aren’t exactly offering six-figure salaries. That’s probably why a super-generous tip from an Ohio church was enough to bring one driver to tears.

The pizza delivery woman had been asked to deliver a pie worth $5.99 to Sycamore Creek Church. But after she arrived, the driver was surprised when the Reverend led her onstage and asked her what the biggest tip she’d ever received was. She answered about $10.

Rev. Steve Markle then went on to explain that “We’ve been teaching our church this last month about being generous, and so we did something special for you today.”

The church members had amassed $1,046 to present to the driver. And when Markle pulled out that fat wad of cash, she immediately gasped, covered her mouth and broke into tears. She gave the reverend a big hug and said, “Thank you so much, thank you everybody!”

You can see her priceless reaction in the heartwarming video, above.
