Voting. It’s not meant to be fun, but it’s also not meant to feel like a never-ending workout, right? Unfortunately for the Britons, that’s exactly what they’re experiencing on this fine June day.
U.K. citizens are currently voting on whether their country should remain a part of the European Union–a decision that some are calling the most important in a generation. But Mother Nature decided to make things a little extra challenging for ’em. Thanks to torrential rains in London and south eastern parts of the country, many residents have been wadding through flooded streets and roads to get to their respective polling stations. Not-so-surprisingly, they put on a brave face and their wellies (rain boots) to venture outside.
Don’t care if I have to stand in a queue outside in my wellies and a brolly. Today I will exercise my right to vote #VoteRemain

I put on wellies, a waterproof mac, a spotty brollie and a smile to walk up and vote. I get home and the rain stops and the skies are blue!

If you’re thinking about not going to the polls cause it’s wet & nasty outside, DON’T! Put on your wellies, grab a brolly and vote #Remain

I am about go vote in my wellies, my waterproof trousers and my waterproof coat. No force of nature will keep me away from the polls.

Well, they’re a determined bunch.
As for the final result, we’ll have to wait until at least Friday morning to find out the fate of the U.K. and the European Union.,
