Since making their relationship official in 2016, Prince Harry and American actor Meghan Markle have checked off a number of relationship milestones.
The two have travelled together, including a romantic getaway to Norway to engage in activities like skiing, snowshoeing and whatever else young, attractive, rich people do on vacation.
They’ve also introduced one another to their respective families, with the Suits actor earning the seal of approval from Harry’s sister-in-law Kate.
Now it looks like the two lovebirds could be checking off yet another item on their relationship bucket list and this time it involves moving boxes.
A ‘source’ close to the royal couple is reporting (see: speculating) that Prince Harry, 32, and Meghan, 35, are preparing to move in together. The pair will reportedly reside in a new apartment in Kensington Palace, with Harry showing a keen interest in renovations currently taking place at the royal address. A source close to the Daily Mail reports “He (Prince Harry) keeps popping round and asking when it will be ready. He seems in a real hurry to move in with Meghan.”
Harry currently resides in Nottingham Cottage, a two-bedroom home on the grounds of the palace. The new apartment that the couple will supposedly move into together is much closer to the large wing where Harry’s older brother Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge will move this summer when Prince George begins primary school in London. William and Kate’s newly refurbished apartment includes 22 rooms, but the spokesperson at Kensington Palace refuses to comment on Prince Harry’s new apartment. We’re just going to assume it’s probably really, really nice.
While requests for confirmation from the palace on whether the new couple will be residing together have been met with silence, there are definitely some big indicators showing the seriousness of the relationship. Not the least of which was Prince Harry’s official statement in the fall of 2016, naming Markle as his girlfriend, a move the famous playboy had never made in previous relationships.
So yeah, we’re just gonna go ahead and get excited for little, royal red-headed babies in the near future.
