While we still don’t have a name for the newest royal, we do know that the little bundle of joy is already helping his parents break down the barriers of being ‘royal parents’ and making them relatable to the people. According to Prince Harry, he’s already exhausted. Welcome to the Parenting Club, your highness.
After the Palace released the news of the royal baby on Monday, Harry made a brief but memorable appearance in front of the media at Windsor Castle, excitedly talking about the arrival of his son and praising both his wife and women everywhere who have given birth, something that is “inconceivable.” This guy gets it!
Describing his current feelings as ‘over the moon’ and saying that the baby is “…absolutely to die for,” Harry looked ecstatic about his new reality as a father.

Once the cameras were off, Harry reportedly exchanged a few more words with the camera crew and admitted that his happiness also included some sleep deprivation. This guy does get it.
Speaking to the ITV camera crew following the taping, Harry happily admitted, “I’ve had about two hours’ sleep.” That will get more difficult to smile through once he hits Month Three of only getting a few hours of shuteye, but we appreciate that he’s still in the babymoon phase.
Harry also apologized for the late notice of the press conference and laughed with a cameraman, who apologized for not wearing a tie. “You’re a cameraman, you can get away with it,” joked Harry.
Keep that sense of humor, Duke. You’re going to need it!
It looks like he’s not going to have to look too far to find people to commiserate with though. The following day, reporters talked to Prince William and Kate Middleton outside a charity event and Wills was more than happy to welcome his brother to “the Sleep Deprivation Society that is parenting.”
Royal or not, a baby’s gotta baby.
