Tragic regards

Friday’s deadly crash that killed 15 people and injured dozens more has sent shock and grief through a Saskatchewan community, the rest of Canada and across the globe. In the wake of the tragedy messages from around the world have been pouring in. The latest comes from Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh.

Their message came after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s, who flew to the town for a memorial Sunday night:

As well as tributes in NHL arenas across North America, all of which held moments of silence before their games.

A GoFundMe fundraising campaign was created on Friday for those affected by the tragedy. Nearly $5 million has been contributed so far.

Jimmy Kimmel apologized after Twitter feud with Sean Hannity

Jimmy Kimmel and Sean Hannity were feuding hard on Twitter all last week. It started with a segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on April 2, where the late-night host mocked First Lady Melania Trump‘s accent. Hannity then referred to Kimmel as Harvey Weinstein Jr., more name-calling from both sides ensued before Jimmy hinted at a sexual affair between Sean and President Donald Trump.

That didn’t sit well with the LGBTQ community, so Kimmel took to Twitter to apologize and attempt to end the feud with Hannity.

Hannity, naturally, didn’t respond and instead will talk about it on his show Monday night, in a thinly veiled ratings attempt.

Ugh, please let this be the end.

Proof that John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are the best couple around

Favourite marrieds John Krasinski and Emily Blunt were guests on The Graham Norton Show, promoting their horror movie, A Quiet Place, which, FYI, doubled its box office expectations and opened with $50 million to take the No. 1 spot this weekend.

While the two were chatting with Graham, John joked about stalking Emily and watching The Devil Wears Prada–a lot–before they started dating.

Krasinski then quipped, “Well, I couldn’t get Annie and so I was like, ‘Oh…'” But was he joking about marrying Blunt because he couldn’t get Anne Hathaway or is Hathaway the actress who got fired from A Quiet Place? Hmm.

Sorry, Anne, but Emily is the best for John — professionally and personally. Ugh, if these two split …

Kate Hudson is going to be a mom for the third time

Kate Hudson is pregnant! The actress, who shares a 14-year-old son, Ryder, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, and six-year-old Bingham with former fiancé Matt Bellamy, took to Instagram to announce the baby news and reveal the gender.

SURPRISE!!! 🤱 If you’ve wondered why I’ve been so absent on my social channels it’s because I have never been more sick! It was the most sick first trimester of all my children. Boomerangs have made me nauseous, Superzoom is an easy way to have my head in the toilet, food instagrams make me queezy and thinking too much about insta stories made me even more exhausted than I already had been. If you’ve seen me out and about smiling and pretending like everything is amazing…I was lying! BUT! I have broken through on the other end of that and rediscovering the joys of insta/snap. We have been trying to keep this pregnancy under the radar for as long as possible but I’m a poppin now! And it’s too darn challenging to hide, and frankly hiding is more exhausting then just coming out with it! My kids, Danny, myself and the entire family are crazy excited! A little girl on the way 💕

It’s a girl! Kate and her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, have been together for about a year and a half but they’ve known each other for years. They (he’s the one with the sling) were joined by her brother Oliver Hudson on the right and Ryder on the left as they popped the giant balloons that contained all the pink ones. Congrats to the entire family!

Chadwick Boseman brought Black Panther to Black Jeopardy! on SNL

When Saturday Night Live announced that Chadwick Boseman would be hosting, it was kind of hard to imagine Black Panther being funny. But they pulled it off with their recurring Black Jeopardy! skit, in which Boseman, as T’Challa, was a contestant. It was Black Panther’s greatest challenge yet. T’Challa starts off incredibly naive but by the end, he gets the hang of it.

Raisins. Heh. More of this, please, forever and ever.
