Earlier this week, Glamour magazine posted a seemingly innocent article titled “13 Little Things That Can Make a Man Fall Hard For You.” Within days, however, it disappeared from the site–and was replaced with an apology. Why? It turns out people weren’t too fond of the outdated “advice” Glamour imparted.

Yeah, the non-satirical listicle was riddled with so many sexist tips, it would’ve looked great cozied up right next to a vintage Stepford wife ad from days long gone.

So, you’re probably wondering “what were the tips?!” Well, they’re so similar to dating guides for single women from the 1930s, like the now hilarious one published by Click Parade magazine in 1938, that we decided to create a little test. Can you tell the difference between Glamour’s terrible 2015 dating advice and the vintage ones from the 1930s? It’s a lot harder than you’d think so good luck!
