We’ve seen rainbow bagels before. We’ve seen them take over NYC, Montreal as well as Vancouver (much to our delight). And now, they’re even being made by What A Bagel in Toronto where you can get a dozen of them for $6.
Since Canadian style has been getting a rainbow makeover this month in honour of Pride, we’re lucky that the rainbow theme made its way into our food. Seriously, these are rainbow-coloured bagels we’re talking about.
And yes, they do taste better than regular bagels–because they’re prettier. Well there’s no real difference in taste, but we like everything more when it’s made from a rainbow. Take a look for yourself if you disagree:
And this is what we call a perfect mix of rainbow and golden brown. Clearly, these bagels have been cooked to perfection:

The rainbow bagels in B.C. look just as beautiful:

And as for the rainbow bagels in NYC ? We’d eat them too…or stare for long periods of time:

Looks like we’ll never have to go outside to see a rainbow again. Not when we can have one right on our plate.
WATCH: Just imagine how fun this bagel french toast casserole would look if it was made with these rainbow bagels.
