There are some celebrity friendships that make sense. Oprah and Gayle. Ben and Matt. Jen, Court and Lisa. Then there are others, that are equally amazing yet seem to come out of nowhere. May we introduce new besties, Beyoncé and Reese Witherspoon. (Sorry, Mindy.)

The last time Beyoncé sent Reese a gift was last week after the Golden Globes. Reese filmed herself opening a case of champagne from Bey and her husband, Jay-Z, which was already extravagant enough. But Bey is a giver and maybe a little drunk in love with Witherspoon and must have been so delighted by the kind words Reese said about Jay’s Ace of Spades bubbly that the Queen of the Beyhive figured she would try sending the Big Little Lies star some swag from one of her own collections to see if she would get the same compliments and results.

“You guys, someone told me that a big package is arriving,” Witherspoon says at the start of her video,” and before you knew it, Reese was wheeling a massive orange box up her driveway. Reese and her mom, Betty, spent some time trying to guess what was in it, and really, it’s so gigantic it could’ve been anything. Reese and Betty proceeded to open the box and before you knew it, the actress was inside it, and again, just like that, Witherspoon hopped back out — but looking like a totally different person. Nope, it wasn’t art or balloons or movie posters or a motorcycle or a small car but so much better. Because that’s what Bey gives her friends: things that are transformative.

Thank you, @Beyoncé for the #IvyPark swag!

There were pieces from Bey’s Ivy Park collection which Reese was more than happy to adorably model for her fans. And not just any old items but all of the pieces appeared to be from Ivy Park’s new collaboration with Adidas — which isn’t even available yet (the line launches this weekend). And to top it off (because it needs topping, apparently), it wasn’t just a shirt or pants but the ENTIRE COLLECTION. Yep, every single component was hanging in that portable wardrobe.

As “Formation” played in the background, Witherspoon choreographed her very own runway show, giving us looks in a hoodie and leggings, sweatshirt tunic, rad coveralls and a gorge burgundy dress. And the shoes. Oh, the shoes. What’s best is that everything fit Reese perfectly (because you know Bey called Reese’s people to get the right sizes) and she pulled every ensemble off.

But if there was a card this time, we didn’t see it (or Reese didn’t show us), so who’s to say the gift is even for Witherspoon? Beyoncé could’ve been charmed by Betty, who stole the scenes from both the champagne and Ivy Park clips. Even Reese admits in the comments that “Betty is the GOAT.” We concur.

Either way, this is a gift Reese can share — if she’s willing. You can bet her daughter, Ava, is going to be jealous and will totally raid her mom’s closet. If Mindy doesn’t get to it first.

Now you know Witherspoon is racking her brain, trying to come up with a way to give back to Bey. But a big orange box is going to be tough to top.
