Rihanna may not be giving us exactly what we want (where’s the new music, girl?) but she’s giving us precisely what we need. After totally changing the makeup game in 2017, our girl decided it was time to launch into fashion—and with style like hers, it’s really just a public service.

The singer/beauty mogul officially announced Friday (though the news leaked in January) that her new luxury fashion label, FENTY, will launch its first collection with the LVMH fashion house (responsible for other high-end brands like Givenchy and Celine) on May 22. This first collection will focus on ready-to-wear fashion and accessories including shoes, jewellery and sunglasses and will be presented in Paris because where else would you do it?

The brand “is centered on Rihanna, developed by her, and takes shape with her vision,” LVMH said in a statement.

With this fashion label, RiRi becomes the first new brand under LVMH since 1987, the first woman to launch an original brand with the company ever and the first woman of colour to head an LVMH maison. Slay, Ri, slay!

“Designing a line like this with LVMH is an incredibly special moment for us. [Chairman and CEO] Mr. [Bernard] Arnault has given me a unique opportunity to develop a fashion house in the luxury sector, with no artistic limits,” Rihanna said in the LVMH statement. “I couldn’t imagine a better partner both creatively and business-wise, and I’m ready for the world to see what we have built together.”

We’re ready to see it too (we think) but details are scarce at the moment. The Fenty brand has launched social accounts but nothing has been posted yet and the only thing you can do on the website is sign up for email updates about when the full site will be up. Wow, our girl knows how to keep us in suspense.

And obviously, fans are freaking out because duuuuh.

In other words: it’s time to start a “Fenty Fund” for when this thing drops.
