It’s delicious, just mind the stingers.

Scorpion pizza is proving to be a hot seller at this year’s Calgary Stampede. In fact, it already sold out! Fortunately for the daring foodies out there though, the owner of the Pizza on a Stick stand says that more should be available on Friday. But the real question is, would you even eat it?

If you wouldn’t, other $10 insect offerings are still available. Bug lovers can dig into some cheesy pizza strewn with cricket carcasses or dead mealworms. And if you’re wondering, the Calgary Herald reports that the crickets taste a little bit like sunflower seeds, while the scorpions were simply described as “crunchy.”

Whether you like it or not, you should also check out this list of 32 new food items that will also be available at this year’s festival. They include pickle shooters (basically a shot of pickle juice), deep-fried sushi and crocodile sliders.

Happy wranglin’!
