The law of averages doesn’t always work out. We mean, if you have two incredibly good-looking parents, odds are you’re going to wind up an accountant or something, no? Not that accountants can’t be good-looking, but there has to be some sort of rule about pretty people and procreation. The world can only handle so many dazzlers – just ask Zoolander.

Anyhow, if there is such a rule in existence, it certainly didn’t apply to Sean Penn and Robin Wright when they were busy having babies. Their children are now all grown up, and we have to say they’re pretty damned stunning.

Introducing Dylan and Hopper Penn, the 24-year-old daughter and 22-year-old son of the former celebrity couple. They’ve decided to break out into the world via a slick fashion campaign for the upcoming Fay spring/summer collection, and if the shots we’ve seen are any indication, they may have found one of their callings.

The entire thing was shot in Palm Springs by photographer Michelangelo di Battista, and features lots of clean lines and classic colours/pieces like structured coats and patterned boots. It’s all a preview of sorts leading up to Milan Fashion Week later this month, when Fay will commission the sibings to walk the runway together in the pieces.

Until then, we’ve had some other sneak peeks thanks to the power of social media.

Of course this isn’t the first time older sister Dylan has stared off into the distance for a fashion brand. She’s also got gigs for Gap and Aussie underwear brand Bonds under her belt. But it’s the first time we’ve seen her with her brother, and we have to say: Penn may have thrown us all with that El Chapo interview, but he and Wright certainly know how to make pretty children.

Law of averages be damned.
