SNL sketches as Ivanka Trump, but on Saturday she hosted the show for the sixth time, blowing her Five Timers Club triumph right out of the water. Her fiancé is head writer and "Weekend Update" anchor Colin Jost, but the two have rarely appeared in sketches together. So she got the ball rolling on her opening monologue with a reference right away to her handsome boo.“The sixth time is even more exciting than the fifth because, you know, you’re not worried anymore. The show’s bad, what are they gonna do, fire my fiancé? Oh no, what are we going to do without his paycheck?” she quipped, probably in reference to the fact she's been reported the highest paid actress of the year two years running. The monologue quickly evolved into a sketch about the franchise that helps her bring home the bacon,

SNL cast members began to disappear in an eerily familiar way.Aidy Bryant, Alex Moffat, and Beck Bennett dissolved into molecules, as well as Bowen Yang who sneered as he slowly phased out, “Wow, first Asian cast member and now you’re dusting me? Twitter is going to eat you alive.” Too true, Bowen. Too true. ScarJo quickly recognized that she'd have to be the one to save the show in spite of the fact she left her Black Widow costume in the car... and her fiancé's hurt feelings at her lack of enthusiasm that he was okay. Luckily, it wasn't Thanos back from the dead, but a high Pete Davidson who was wreaking the havoc. Who would have thought?The sketch came to the Cutest. Close. Ever. when ScarJo took the stage with the entire cast to say, “I just wanna say, this place means so much to me; I have so many friends here,” then motioning to Colin by her side, she said, “and I met the love of my life here.”Colin beamed as he pulled her into a smooch and a cuddle.
