Shia LaBeouf put a pretty quick stop to a white supremacist who tried to taint his most recent display of performance art. Titled “He Will Not Divide Us,” the actor’s latest protest project is a livestream video being shot outside the Museum of the Moving Image in New York, where passersby are encouraged to stand in front of the camera and repeat the phrase “he will not divide us” as many times as they like, any time of day or night for the next four years, or as long as Donald Trump is president.
Good idea, Shia. You’re full of those (sometimes).

But when a purported white supremacist, seen in the below Twitter video wearing a grey German Luftwaffe cap, approaches the camera and starts reciting racist rhetoric, Shia, in true Shia fashion, takes things right up to the line, shutting the hater down with an enthusiastic yelling of “He Will Not Divide Us!” right (and we mean RIGHT) in the guy’s ear.

There’s something about seeing this guy get shut down so hard that gives us the warm and fuzzies. And while we’d never condone violence in any form of protest, we applaud Shia for having the gumption to stand up to the supremacist troll.
And this is just the first week of the project! We bet this isn’t the last time we’ll be hearing about the goings on in front of this particular live camera.
