There’s a new hashtag challenge in town. And this time, it’s got clippers.

#BaldAndBadChallenge is all about empowering women with short hair (or no hair) and celebrating the diversity of beauty. Oh, you know we’re getting behind that!

The hashtag campaign invites women with shaved heads, short or sparse hair, or pretty much anything other than a Disney Princess ‘do, to show it off on social media. It also sheds light on those facing hair loss from cancer, alopecia or any other health issue.

And not only does the movement support those who rock the bald and bold look due to health reasons, but it also helps spread the message that beauty and femininity comes in all forms. You don’t have to have long, wavy locks down to your butt in order to be sexy.

Even on the most recent Victoria’s Secret runway, which is often a sea of models with perfectly blown out waves, we saw some of the Angels like Jourdana Phillips and Maria Borges donning natural short styles. And you know what? Still. Damn. Gorgeous.

So, yeah, we’re elated to see this become more and more of a thing in 2016. Dare we consider a cut ourselves? Regardless, Amber Rose has some competition on her hands—she’s not the only one rocking short strands these days.
