It doesn’t matter how many crunches, sit-ups, planks or core exercises we do; some of us are just never destined to have that coveted six-pack of abs. And yet for others, it seems like having a six-pack is just another plain old Tuesday… even when you’re pregnant.
That’s right, Six-Pack Mom, a.k.a. the woman who famously had flawless abs throughout her pregnancy is back and she’s pregnant again. Six months pregnant, if you can believe it from this photo that she shared of herself on Instagram.
Sarah Stage is expecting her second child, and we have to say that she looks better than most of us look after a three-month boot camp and juice cleanse combined. So it’s no wonder that the haters have come out in spades: it’s not often that we see this kind of “baby bump” featured on social media.
Pregnant woman are often told that while working out during pregnancy is healthy, they should definitely be careful when it comes to any kind of abdomen workouts. And laying on your back after the first trimester is typically frowned upon no matter how large of a baby bump you have, because it can restrict blood flow and put yourself and the baby in danger.
Still, all women carry differently and should follow the specific recommendations of their doctor, which this model is obviously doing. She also has experience with strong social media reactions; she proved the haters wrong the last time she was pregnant after she gave birth to a healthy eight-pound baby. It’s obvious that she works really hard on her body, so that plus genetics equals… well, Six-Pack Mom.

You can say that again. While we don’t personally know any moms who barely grew a belly during their pregnancies, Stage is a model and there’s a reason for that. Still we definitely take motivation from her amazing commitment to working out and not eating pickles and ice cream.
We do wonder how she’ll manage to keep her fitness up with two babes running around, but something tells us she’ll figure it out. Heck — if she manages to devote this much time now, even half of that is bound to have her back in pre-baby shape in no time. Now excuse us while we go consider purchasing her fitness ebook.
