The most awkward moment in TV this year history took place last night (Dec. 20) and boy was it a doozy.

Comedian Steve Harvey somehow misread his cue card and incorrectly announced Miss Colombia as the winner of the 2015 Miss Universe Pageant on live TV. To make matters worse, the Family Feud host then had to awkwardly apologize moments later as the crown was snatched off poor Colombia and placed on top of the real winner’s (Miss Philippines) head.

The whole thing gave millions around the world second-hand embarrassment, but his gaffe didn’t end there. In a race to say sorry on social media, he quickly tweeted this without giving it a second thought:

omg

The tweet, which has since been deleted, happens to spell both Philippines and Colombia wrong. Yeah, the dude just can’t catch a break.

But, of course, it gets even worse because once the internet got wind of everything, they simply couldn’t let it go.

The Justin Bieber “Sorry” memes started rolling in (press play):

As did the Photoshopped game show memes:

And of course Kanye couldn’t be left out:

Hopefully this all dies down soon since this roasting is the most brutal one we’ve ever seen.
