There are some things men don’t know about women. OK, OK, there are a LOT of things men don’t know about women. Even the guys who live with one — whether it’s their wife or girlfriend, sister or mother — they still don’t know. But living with two women, particularly two best friends, that’s a game changer right there. It’s an entirely different living arrangement that’s both eye-opening and mind-blowing. Just ask Craig Shapes.

The U.K. musician took to Twitter to talk about his roommates — his girlfriend and her best friend. And let’s just say, Shapes was shook. He’s not only learned all about platonic female relationships but also a lot about women in general.

Basically, nothing is sacred.

And, yes, women drop deuces (and say things like “drop deuces”).

Oh, the things we do for our hair.

Getting ready is a production. Duh.

Girls like nice-smelling things. And if there are stinky things (see Tweet No. 2), we’re down with anything that masks that.

Reality TV may be trash TV but we can’t help ourselves.

Everyone needs to maintain their eyebrows, obvi.

Body image is important … to a point.

Instagram is our jam.

Robes aren’t only for wizards.

We are unpredictable. That’s what makes us so fun.

We have a flair for the dramatic. Don’t hate.

Surprise drop-ins are NOT welcome. Ever.

Two wardrobes for the price of one, always a bonus.

Dudes, we don’t get it either. How there’s any left on our heads is beyond us.

But Shapes wouldn’t change anything for the world.

Even with all the crying.

Men of the world, if you didn’t know, now you know. We may have once been considered magical, mystical beings but our secrets are out. Now, go appreciate all the women in your lives. We might not take compliments well but we do like to hear them. Yes, we’re weird, but awesome. That’s no secret.
