When it comes to baking, most of us don’t go beyond muffins, cakes and pizza dough. But if you’re looking to expand your repertoire, you’re in luck! Pastry chef Annegret Henninger returned to The Social with four easy and delicious recipes all made from the same basic dough.

All you do is start with Becel’s “Anything Goes” plant-based cookie dough recipe – and add in a few extra ingredients in whatever flavour profile you’d like to create and you can make different and delicious options. The dough uses everything you’d expect – flour, sugar etcetera – but instead of butter you use Becel Original, and instead of eggs, you use applesauce, and a little soy milk and cornstarch – so it’s a great way to increase your plant-based food intake.
