Taylor Swift celebrated her 30th birthday on Friday night with some of her closest friends, which included her besties since childhood, her bandmates and a few very famous faces. Giving her party a Christmas theme, Swift and co. posed in ugly sweaters next to trimmed trees and shared a few snaps from the soiree on social media. Plus, her cats were there. Sorta.Swift started her birthday celebrations early on December 12 when she became the first person to receive the Woman of the Decade Award from Billboard. Having previously received Woman of the Year twice, Swift thanked Billboard in her lengthy and poignant speech, which had the singer taking aim at her critics and Scooter Braun, while also applauding new female artists and thanking the women in the music industry for continuing to support her.Swift turned the big 3-0 on December 13 and kicked off the evening with a performance at the Z100 Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden, which also featured performances from Niall Horan, Monsta X, the Jonas Brothers, Dan & Shay, Lizzo and more. Serenaded on stage by thousands of fans singing happy birthday, radio DJ Elvis Duran presented Swift with a giant cake that featured the faces of her three cats, Olivia, Meredith, and Benjamin.

What better way to celebrate your 30th birthday than at #iHeartJingleBall!

Swift kept the Christmas theme going, which she started back on December 6 with her new single “Christmas Tree Farm,” and grabbed some trees and tinsel for her private party. Following Jingle Ball, Swift threw a party for friends at the Oscar Wilde restaurant in New York City, which included fellow Jingle Ball performers Halsey, 5 Seconds of Summer, Fletcher and Camila Cabello. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who are frequent attendees of Taylor’s parties, were snapped enjoying a night away from their three little ones. Swift’s producing partner Jack Antonoff was in attendance, as was Cazzie David, daughter of comedian and writer Larry David. Swift’s backup singers and band members were photographed with the popstar at her holiday-themed party, as was her longtime friend and “Fifteen” inspiration Abigail Lucier. Swift’s friends and supermodels Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt were also at the event, as were Queer Eye stars Jonathan Van Ness and Antoni Porowski.

Swift thanked her fans and friends in the caption for her birthday pictures, writing “Honestly spending my 30th with the fans who have made my life what it is at jingle ball, then throwing the most aggressive holiday party known to womankind... I just.. seriously feel so lucky for you all and will spend forever trying to find ways to say thank you. *cries in Christmas tree*.”
Swift’s Christmas-themed birthday also included a cake that centered around her cats, although unlike the giant Jingle Ball cake, this one was much more realistic. Very realistic. Too realistic? Somehow the cats on Swift’s cake look more realistic than the cats in her upcoming movie, Cats. Let’s hope she ate around her feline friends. It’s a bit much.

Swift capped off her birthday celebration with news on Sunday that she will be headlining Glastonbury for its 50th anniversary in 2020. The multi-day musical festival in England announced Swift as its headliner on December 15, marking the first time Swift will perform at the iconic event. Swift is turning 2020 into the year of the festival, with the singer ditching her typical stadium tour in support of her latest album Lover and instead throwing Lover Fest, which will included only a handful of big venue performances in North America, Brazil and Europe.
