After last night’s “most dramatic fantasy suite ever” on The Bachelorette, the drama continued as Luke P. and Hannah B. duked it out on Twitter and there’s a lot to unpack. During the episode we’ve all been waiting for, Hannah epically sent Luke home after he shamed her for sleeping with other men (yikes). While the episode aired, Luke took to Instagram to defend his actions, saying that it “hurt [his] heart” that Hannah felt he was shaming her and that he never meant to “judge or condemn” our fave Alabama native.

“I was simply making a decision for myself on what I expected in our relationship,” he wrote in a lengthy post. “Our conversations and our beliefs led me to believe we were on the same page about sex. For me it was never about getting a rose, it was always about finding a wife who would choose me everyday just as I would choose her everyday.”

But he just couldn’t stop there. Adding insult to injury, he took to Twitter, to address Hannah’s reaction to his comments on the show. He apparently didn’t read it as a #GirlPower moment when Hannah said, “You don’t own me. You don’t get to decide what I can and can’t do… My husband would never say what you said to me.”

Weird.

“The difference in how we view sin is seen in the response,” Luke tweeted. “I’m weeping at mine and you’re laughing at yours. All sin stings. My heart hurts for both of us.”

If you know our girl Hannah, who has no issues calling it like she sees it, you knew that her response wouldn’t disappoint. “Time and time again Jesus loved and ate with ‘sinners’ who laughed,” she clapped back, replying to his tweet. “And time and time again he rebuked ‘saints’ that judged. Where do you fall Luke?” (Cue the applause).

Not one to take a hint, Luke responded, writing “there is a difference between eating with sinners who laugh and sinners who laugh at their sin. Sin is the very thing that put Jesus on the cross and that’s not a laughing matter.”

Hannah continued to call him out, writing that she never said she found her sin funny. “I’m not going to (be) lectured on appropriate emotional responses by a guy who threw the deli meat in a guys lap,” she said, addressing his altercation with former contestant Garrett Powell.

As the Twitter battle raged on, Luke continued to come at Hannah for having sex in a windmill (not with Jed, as they led us to believe, but with PETER). *SIGH*

“Your tweets about the windmill and the wood were enough. It’s not about the action it’s about the response. If you want to talk about it, you know how to get ahold of me,” he concluded.

Fans were quick to defend the Season 15 star, jumping to her defence on Twitter.

A round of applause for Miss Hannah Brown, please.
