Sbagliato

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 oz Italian Bitter like Campari, Capo Capo, Aperol etc.
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1-2 oz Sparkling Wine like Cava or Prosecco

WHAT YOU DO:

  1. Add ingredients to a wine glass filled with ice, bubbles last and stir lightly.
  2. Use a vegetable peeler to cut a piece of grapefruit rind and express over drink and place in cocktail.

Hot Buttered Rummie

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1.5oz Bacardi Ocho
  • 1-2 tsp of your favourite sweetener like brown sugar, maple syrup or agave,
  • 4 oz Hot apple Cider
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick, nutmeg, clove or star anise

WHAT YOU DO:

  1. Add sweetener, cinnamon stick & star anise, hot apple cider, and butter to a mug. Stir to melt butter and incorporate well. Once mixed well, add rum and grate nutmeg over the drink.
  2. For a delicious non-alcoholic drink, simply make without rum!

El Diablo

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1- 1.5 oz tequila
  • .5 oz Mezcal (optional)
  • .5 fresh lime juice
  • Chilli spice bitter like Bittered Sling Moondog (optional)
  • .5 oz cassis
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer
  • Mint garnish with lime wheel

WHAT YOU DO:

  1. Build this cocktail in a collins glass, adding ginger beer last for a stunning colour separation.
  2. Alternatively, shake ingredients (all but ginger beer). Strain over ice and top with ginger beer, mint and limewheel.
