Sushi is very much an acquired taste. But the more you try it, the more you begin to love the different textures of the rice, fish and vegetables all mixing with one another.

A food truck in Toronto called Sushitto on the Road just upped the sushi game around the world by introducing us to sushi burritos. These burritos are basically massive maki rolls, stuffed to the brim with rice, seaweed, vegetables and your choice of protein.

If one measly sushi role never seems to be enough to satisfy you, Sushitto found a smart way to magnify the size of your sushi.

You’re guaranteed to be full after eating a hand roll this big, which means that the $25 CAD you’re used to spending at all you can eat sushi bars can be used for two huge sushi meals instead of one.

Each full burrito’s around $15 CAD and the half burritos are $9 CAD for those of you with smaller appetites.

It’s nearly impossible to choose how you’ll customize your sushi burrito and it’s even more impossible to not get one.

Sushitto also offers different specials such as a kimchi poutine, chili poutine, crispy fish role and wakame salad. There’s, without a doubt, something here for everyone. But who doesn’t love a good burrito?
