A welcome fit for a princess
The world got to see Prince William‘s and Duchess Kate‘s new addition but some specials someones got to see the day-old Miss Mountbatten-Windsor up close and personal.
The royal baby received some very special visitors Sunday morning, including both sets of grandparents (Prince Charles and Camilla, and Carole and Michael Middleton) as well as Auntie Pippa and Kate’s friend, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, who just happens to be George’s godmother.
Uncle Harry is still in Australia but he released a statement, saying, “She is absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to meet her.” And Queen Elizabeth II reportedly hasn’t met visit her great-granddaughter either. But now that the name’s been revealed, we’re bound to see her meet her kinda-sorta namesake soon.
David Beckham’s 40th birthday in Morocco was Spiced up
Seems what Becks wants, what he really, really wants is a Spice Girls reunion. So when he turned 40 on Saturday, who better to celebrate with than Posh, Sporty, Baby and Ginger? Wife Victoria, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell were among the many guests at David’s party, though no word on why Melanie Brown, a.k.a. Scary, missed the festivities…
… but Eva Longoria was more than happy to fill in as Wisteria Spice.
All this was overshadowed by David, who kicked off the weekend (and his 40th year) by joining Instagram. Because his first post was perfect. Of course.
Matt LeBlanc sang the songs of Joey Tribbiani and every Friends fan can die happy now
Sorry, Matt, but you’ll always be Joey to us.
The Mayweather/Pacquiao fight was a bust but Jimmy Kimmel made it all better
Suck on that, Bieber! Kimmel joined Manny Pacquiao‘s entourage Saturday night, looking very Bieber-esque, what with the wide-brim hat, track jacket and gold chains.
Too bad Manny lost but we think it’s safe to say Kimmel won the night.

Suicide Squad in full gear is amazing
We’ve seen enough shots of the Joker but how the rest of the Suicide Squad cast will look has been a mystery — until now.
— David Ayer (@DavidAyerMovies) May 3, 2015
FYI, from left to right that’s Slipknot (Adam Beach), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), and El Diablo (Jay Hernandez). Smith was the only recognizable one, so director David Ayer added another shot of Will in full garb.

Suicide Squad doesn’t hit theatres until Aug. 5, 2016. Stop teasing us, Ayer!
