UPDATE: We knew it was coming and we were waiting for it. Our Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau has officially dropped the mic on Britain’s royal family and America’s first family. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Canada’s favourite Justin responded to the two worthy Invictus competitors in true JT fashion. Now bring on the games!

Hmm, seems like President Obama didn’t like that super-friendly greeting and those glorious kisses between First Lady Michelle Obama and Prince Harry at Kensington Palace last week. We totally get it, considering the sizzling chemistry the two share, which is why he — and Michelle — are challenging Harry. Oh, and his grandmother, the Queen.

It starts fairly innocently, with the royals sitting by the fire in one of the palace rooms, as Harry shows the Queen a little something on the athletes of the upcoming Invictus Games, held in Orlando from May 8-12. That’s when his phone rings, to the delightful tune of “Hail to the Chief.” But it’s not President Obama; rather, it’s the first lady.

“A message? Oh, from Michelle,” says Harry.

“How very amusing. Would you like to watch it together?” he asks his grandmother, who is happy to play along.

Cut to the Obamas who are all business, arms crossed, fierce looks, and three servicemen and women backing them up.

“Hey, Prince Harry!,” calls out Michelle. “Do you remember when you told us to bring it at the Invictus Games?”

The president chimes in, “Careful what you wish for,” as the three in the back make faces, with the one in the middle dropping a fake mic.

“Oh, really. Puh-lease,” the Queen responds to the American taunts, as Harry drops a mic of his own. “Boom.”

Harry and the Obamas had been bantering back and forth all day.

Despite the big talk between Harry and the Obamas, we think we can all agree that Queen Elizabeth wins the whole damn thing. More Twitter wars between these four, please.
