In case you missed it a couple months back, Taylor Swift did an interview with Rolling Stone in which she talked about a song on 1989 called “Bad Blood,” thus serving up a tasty blind item about another pop star. Her exact quote: “For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not. She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?’ [Then last year] she did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy!”

Of course, there was tons of speculation as to who she was referring to but Katy Perry virtually outed herself by tweeting the very next day after the Rolling Stone story went live, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing….”

The reason could have been anything from backup dancers to — dun dun! — the two women both having dated John Mayer.

And now, let us add to this cast of characters singer — and T-Swift pal — Lorde as well as a DJ dude named Diplo (who?),who just happens to be Perry’s latest boyfriend.

Instead of this high school rivalry ending with a cut to commercial like a bad 90210 episode, Diplo (whose Twitter handle is now Baby Daddy; cry for attention much?) decided to put in his two cents with some lame-o body shaming aimed at Tay. Two months after the interview, but whatever.

So, Diplo wants to buy Swift a brand-new butt but since he can’t afford to, he figured he would get a Kickstarter campaign going to get the job done.

Instead of replying, Lorde did it for her, striking back with some body shaming of her own and taking aim at Perry’s boyfriend’s boyhood manhood.

Oooooh, now them’s fighting words.

Of course, neither Perry nor Swift have commented. Yet. But it’s early days. Perhaps in two months, someone else will get in on the catty action. Because we doubt this:

is going to happen anytime soon.
