Remember JNCO? Chances are you’re still trying to forget these ultra-wide legged offerings of the late ’90s and early aughts, popularized by skater boys, girls and ravers everywhere. Of course, their latest reiteration come in the form of expensive designer jeans by fashion house Balenciaga.

If you’ve fallen totally in love, you can pre-order the look right here, but it’ll cost ya–$755 USD to be exact. And it’s already sold out in sizes 38 and 40, so you better be quick if you don’t want to miss out.

Looking for a more economical option to relive your teen fashion angst? Why not go for the originals, which will run you less than $70 bucks a pop. Yeah, we know. They were ugly in 1999 and are just as ugly in 2017… but we can’t help but think these are probably what you should be wearing if you want to be fashion forward.

Why? Well, if the fashion trend cycle is 20 years, then it’s no surprise that JNCOs are edging their way towards relevancy once more. After all, is it really that hard to picture Kendall, Gigi et al wearing these ridiculous jeans in some nostalgic raver-themed shoot for LOVE magazine?

Let this badly Photoshopped rendition guide you:

Still not convinced? Neither are we, but fashion is fickle after all.
