Their Lip Lab Colour Experts are now available to live-stream, so you can be a part of the entire lipstick creation process, from mixing shades, to selecting finishes and flavours, and even engraving your inspired shade name. It gives everyone access to lipstick shades that complement their unique skin tones and personal style!
The lipsticks are made from clean, high-performance pigments, all powered by superfood ingredients. It takes approximately 30 minutes to create, and will then ship out for free in just 24-48 hours!
FINDING FERDINAND
Finding Ferdinand is a New-York based company that handcrafts clean, high-quality, custom products from lipsticks to makeup palettes. All of their products are made-to-order, and delivered right to your door. All you have to do is use the online tools to design the perfect products!
For the makeup palettes, you pick your layout and tap your choice of bronzers, highlighters, blushes and eyeshadows shades to complete your custom palette.

Kiehl’s has launched Kiehl’s Koncierge – a virtual skincare expert platform that brings their world-class in-store service to the comfort of your own home. You simply head to their website and on the bottom left-hand side of the page, click the "Chat now" function. After entering your name, you can live chat with or request the new video consultations function. This allows you to interact on a more personalized level!
LVNEA
Lvnea is a Montreal-based company that creates botanical perfumes made from 100% natural ingredients, so no synthetics or preservatives – just skin-safe plant perfume and natural apothecary products, all handmade in small batches.
You work with the boutique staff over the phone, online or in-person to build a fragrance suited to your own unique individual needs and preferences. They take you through scent preferences like florals, or citrus, for example, as well as product type – for example, roll-on or crème. You can also request samples before ordering your signature scent!
TENASATI
Tenasãti pairs jewellery with oils for healing properties and comfort! You chat with the owner, Malinda, about the healing properties you’re looking for from the crystals, and from that, she’ll design a crystal earrings and necklace set that her partner creates.
