Bahamian cuisine is packed with flavours and unique cooking styles, but remains undiscovered by many. That’s about to change, thanks to a new cookbook.

Dining in Paradise is the first Bahamian cookbook to be published in more than 30 years, and it’s jam-packed with recipes that feature the many unique flavours of the island. Though seafood is the staple diet of the island, Bahamian cooking has many influences: African, British, French, Spanish, Latin American, Caribbean and Souther U.S. One thing is for sure: the methods and flavours are never bland.

Author and chef Raquel Fox dropped by the Your Morning kitchen to share recipes from the new book. Click on the images below to find each recipe!
