Have you ever been so angry that you’ve had to resist the urge to chuck something across the room? If you reluctantly or not-so-reluctantly answered yes, you might want to try “destructotherapy” (destruction+therapy), in which a person destroys things in a “healthy,” controlled environment.

This alternative form of therapy apparently first originated in Spain a few years ago, where people would pay to rent a sledgehammer, hard hat, overalls, goggles and basically destroy things for a maximum of two hours. Destructotherapy has also made its way to our true north, with a “Rage Room” opening up in Toronto just a short while ago.

Of course, actual therapists say this shouldn’t be anyone’s “go-to” move since one might start craving it thus making it very unhealthy. But, obviously, the folks at Buzzfeed had to try out their own version of destructotherapy just for the heck of it. They recruited three people with different personalities to get their destruction on.

Person #1: Zach. He has a lot of anger. Like, a lot.

Person #2: Briana. The sweetheart who is actually kinda full of rage on the inside.

Person #2: Robin. Has never been angry. Ever.

Pick which person you are (we’re going with Briana) and watch the video above to see how well and/or horribly your buddy did.

Hint: All of them absolutely loved destroying things. Shocker!
