Remember growing up, how random hangouts would sometimes turn into good old fashioned jamfests with your BFFs? You know the ones — where hair brushes became microphones and you guys would belt out your favourite tunes at the top of your lungs? Sure you do. After all, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.”

Turns out one group is trying to recreate those nostalgic moments by bringing the singalong to local Toronto venues. We’re talking about Choir! Choir! Choir!, a group that travels around and invites whoever wants to participate into a major sing-along. Campfires not included.

Recently they took to the stage and led the crowd in an oldie but a goodie. In the video, above, you can see everyone belting out the lyrics to Cyndi Lauper’s “All Through The Night,” in what looks like an incredibly fun evening. Seriously, we wish we were there.

Because what’s better than an adult singalong to some classic tunes? One in which you’re now of legal age to have some booze to go along with it, of course. If we could, we’d like to put in a request for some Bon Jovi or Stevie Nicks next, please. Only this time, we want to grab our besties and be involved in all the singing shenanigans too. Heck — maybe we’ll even wear a costume.

Check out the video, above.
