Once upon a time there was a children’s dance class in the magical town of Holly Springs, North Carolina. The kids in the class were told that Princess Week was coming up and all of them should dress up as their favourite one. So, when the big day came, naturally, there were the usual array of pink, purple and green princesses. Aaaaaand, a hot dog. Obviously.
Young Ainsley ditched the tutu and tulle in favour of a hot dog costume, fulfilling all of our dreams and dancing her way into our hot dog-loving hearts.
It was princess day at dance and one little girl came as a hot dog I have never admired someone more pic.twitter.com/iro5mL2Bvc

The photos were originally posted in mid-May by teachers at Holly Springs School of Dance in Holly Springs, N.C., but Ainsley dug out her favourite costume once again to open the school’s spring recital over the weekend.
Ainsley’s dad also got in on the action, tweeting a photo of his daughter, and confirming that a hot dog princess was her brilliant idea.

Princess Frankie? Princess Wiener? Nah. How about Princess Awesome! Because how many kids are that comfortable with themselves that they’ll proudly own the name wiener? Exactly.
The moral of this story? Royalty comes and goes but hot dogs are forever. The end.
@marilynhssod I otally agree with your mom. Always be yourself! You look great!
