Say you’re an astronaut. You’ve had a long night, looking at space stuff, and you’re up early because, gosh, there is a lot of interplanetary garbage to go through! So, you need coffee! But how does it get made when you’re floating around in zero gravity? Turns out, simply. We don’t want to give it away, because the video above gives you the full how-to and it’s pretty neat. It’s also kind of cute, too, because the end result is a Capri Sun-like pouch filled with piping hot Joe, complete with a space straw.

The most important takeaway from this whole study of space coffee is this: if you were to be an astronaut, you would still be able to caffeinate on the regular.
