Like most of you, we here at The Loop have spent the last few weeks revelling in the mix of schadenfreude and warm-and-fuzzies one can only get from watching your friends, family, co-workers and fave celebs dump buckets of ice-cold water on their heads in the name of a good cause.

It’s been fun, but we’re done.

And no, it’s not because we’ve lost interest. (To be honest, we can’t get enough. Especially the #fails.) It’s because of Anthony Carbajal. His remarkable ice-bucket challenge is the first video we’ve seen (and we’ve seen a lot) that taught us something about the reality and severity of ALS and it’s the only one we’re interested in sharing.

So, watch it. Share it. And for the love of all that’s good in this world, donate.
