When it comes to real estate, Vancouver is the most expensive place to live in Canada.
So expensive, in fact, that even renters are starting to get squeezed out of the city. The Canadian Rental Housing Index gave Vancouver a “critical” rating (the worst rating it can give) for the affordability of its rental properties. Since fewer and fewer people feel like they can actually afford to live in the city, we thought we’d do some digging of our own to find out what properties are available for $1,350 a month or less (admittedly, when we set the number lower, it became hard to find properties). Here’s what we found…

Granville St. & Davie St.
