When your nickname on a massive show like Game of Thrones just so happens to be “The Mountain,” you had better get used to people expecting you to have a certain physique. Good thing Thor Björnsson seems to have zero problem with that.

The actor and World’s Strongest Man competitor obviously takes great care of his body not only in order to play Ser Gregor Clegane on the series, but also to participate in his intense competitions. And while that involves hardcore workouts, it also includes a crazy amount of daily food — more than seems humanly possible, actually.

Basically, this is one dude that would probably die grazing the way Jennifer Aniston does.

Björnsson posted his diet on Instagram recently, proving that being a 6-foot-9 dude who weighs in around 400 pounds really is a lot of work.

People been asking me a lot about my diet and what I eat! Here’s my diet plan for my preparation for World’s Strongest Man 2016! Yes this is a lot & I don’t recommend YOU to try this!! 6:50 Morning workout! Cardio + CORE for 30min Bcca, Glutamine + handful of almonds 7:30 8 eggs + 200gr Oats + blueberries & strawberries + avocado 9:30 400gr Beef, 400gr Sweet potatoes, handful of spinach & greens 11:50 Bcca, glutamine, 12:00 400gr Chicken + 400gr potatoes, greens + some fruits 14:00 Blender = 150gr oats or sweet potatoes, 2 bananas150gr kelloggs rice krispies, frozen berries, handful almonds, peanut butter and glutamine 14:30 Training strongman, Bcca, glutamine, Vitargo 17:30 60gr protein + 2 banans 18:00 500gr beef + potatoes, greens 20:30 500gr salmon + 500gr sweet potatoes 22:30 50gr casein protein or 6 eggs + avacado + 30gr almonds + 50gr peanut butter Drink a lot of water throughout the day + Juices to get more calories!! middle of the night 50gr casaine protein or raw eggs

Let’s break this down, shall we?

6:50 a.m. – Almonds and body-building stuffs
7:30 a.m. –  Eight eggs, oats, blueberries, strawberries and avocado
9:30 a.m. – Beef, sweet potatoes, spinach and greens
11:50 a.m. – more body-building stuffs
12:00 p.m. –  Chicken, potatoes, greens and some fruits
2:00 p.m. – Blended Oats or sweet potatoes with two bananas, Rice Krispies, frozen berries, almonds, peanut butter and glutamine
2:30 p.m. – Body-building stuffs
5:30 p.m. –  Protein and two bananas
6:00 p.m. – Beef, potatoes and greens
8:30 p.m. –  Salmon and sweet potatoes
8:30 p.m. –  six eggs, avocado, almonds and peanut butter

But because that isn’t enough, he also relies on lots of water throughout the day and plenty of juice to “get more calories.” Oh, and in the middle of the night? Some raw eggs to pick himself up.

Holy, mountain man.

Basically, any one of this guy’s meals could be what some people eat in an entire day. No wonder he’s able to stay so… big.
