When they’re not throwing tantrums, little kids can be cute… really cute. Which is why we love MasterChef Junior and all kinds of other cooking shows featuring kids. But a three-year-old girl named Ava just took it a step further and made her very own cooking video, practically causing the world to implode from a cuteness overload. Seriously, it almost hurts to watch because it’s so darn adorable.

Now we don’t just love this video because it’s cute (but it really is). We love it because, for a three-year-old, Ava also unleashes some serious wisdom when it comes to making food.

First off, she makes it clear that “you got to wash your hands,” before you start cooking. No explanation needed–she’s too sweet for us to care why we need to cook without germs.

“It’s important that we crack eggs gently,” she said right before crushing the egg onto the counter. “Oops, I was a bit too strong.” But don’t feel bad, she handles the mishap like a pro, using her fork to scoop some of the egg up from counter and slop it into the bowl. Reminds us that we really don’t need to be hard on ourselves when a recipe doesn’t go the way we planned.

“With some practice, you’ll get it in the end,” said Ava, as she tries to cut one of the eggs open with a fork. Thank you, adorable three-year-old who could and should also be a life coach.

If you aren’t laughing hysterically by the end of her video, we’re sure you’re at least smiling ear to ear. It’s good enough to be on TV.

Oh, and did we mention there’s a second video too?
