If you consider yourself to be makeup pro, we have a few questions for you: Can you create a full-glam look with the few products you carry in your makeup bag? Can you perfectly apply false lashes in one shot without the luxury of good lighting? Can you do all of this at lightning speed to ensure you get out of the house on time? If this sounds like your typical morning routine, Huda Kattan has a challenge for you…and it involves an elevator. It’s called the #ElevatorMakeupChallenge.

On July 18, Kattan announced the challenge by posting an Instagram video of herself applying a full-face of makeup inside a dim-lit elevator and dared her 26.2 million followers to do the same. We’re still unsure as to how the idea of this challenge came to be, but we’re assuming the makeup maven is sometimes too busy to get her makeup done in the morning and occasionally gets picture perfect on the elevator ride to the Huda Beauty offices.

The Elevator Makeup Challenge is definitely one of the most inconvenient challenges we’ve come across on social media, but this one might actually be worth trying. The winner will receive $5,000 towards a makeup scholarship or a makeup kit. To qualify, challengers must ride an elevator from bottom to the top floor while applying a full face of makeup within that time frame, and upload the video to Instagram using the hashtag #ElevatorMakeUpChallenge between July 18 to July 27. Once all entries are in, Kattan will personally select three finalists. Followers can then log onto Hudabeauty.com to vote for their winner and the finalist with the most votes wins the $5,000 reward.

Already, fans are reacting to #ElevatorMakeupChallenge and are coming up with genius hacks to beat the system. “If I press [the] emergency stop [button] will it still count?,” asked one commenter on Instagram. And in one video, we noticed a fan  pressed all the buttons in the elevator to buy her some extra glam time.

Are you up for the challenge?
